This plant can refine soybean, canola (rape seed), sunflower, corn & olive oil in a capacity of 150 Ton's per day.
It was designed and built by HLS in the year 1998.
 
The plant is fully controlled by a GE controller and HMI software. All the technical books of the plant are available.
 
The refinery consist of 2 units, continues process:
  1. neutralization, bleaching, deodorization design capacity 150 tpd incoming degummed oil.
  2. bleaching, deodorization - design capacity 60 tpd incoming neutralized oil.
 
In addition, there is traditional winterizing up to 20 ton of sunflower oil per day; soap stock splitting (not recommended exporting – mainly tanks).
In general, the process is at working condition.
 
Neutralization
  • An Alfa Laval short mix plant based on 3 centrifuges
  • Px60 self cleaning machine for design capacity of 150 tpd incoming oil for soap stock separation
  • Srg 214 stationery machine with the capacity up to 300 tpd for soap washing
  • Srg 509 stationery machine with the capacity up to 90 tpd for soap washing
  • With mixers, phosphoric acid, heating and cooling heat exchanger including economizer, instrument vacuum system act
Bleaching
  • HLS process, including 2 pressure leaf AMA filters 35 meter each
Deodorization
  • HLS process 6 compartments pneumatic valve, ss 304 constraction including plc.
 
Small plant doesn't have neutralization and thermal oil heater. Bleaching include 2 pressure leaf AMA filters about 11 square meter each, deodorizer carbon steel with ss304 internal compartments
 
Winterizing
  • Including chiller, crystallization tank horizontal AMA pressure leaf filter
