Used TimeSavers 41 Range

Wet working machine for edge deburring and/or finishing flat metal parts. For deburring punched, nibbled, sheared or laser cut parts in the sheet metal industry. Simple controls and operation require only minutes of training for an operator to effectively  process parts.

Used TimeSavers 41  Contactroller

Wide abrasive belt for pre grinding heavy burrs from laser, punched and water jet cut parts. Also suitable for surface finishing of stainless steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum etc. using coated abrasives or Scotch-Brite belts.

The choice of the abrasive belt will be determined by the application: deburring or finishing.

Using a variety of endless coated abrasive belts and a differing shore hardnesses of the contact roller will result in various solutions for numerous applications.

A soft roller will provide a bigger edge rounding and less surface damage; a hard contact roller will remove more material on the surface and less rounding of the edge.

With the standard pneumatic rise & fall movement the head can be quickly put in  down position when used or put in neutral position when not used. The locking system for an easy and quick belt change provides you with the flexibility to choose between deburring and finishing within minutes.

Used TimeSavers 41 Rotating disc

Disc head for deburring punched parts, routed and laser cut parts with a light burr, and also removing the secondary burr after pre-grinding with a coated abrasive belt on laser cut parts with a heavy burr or plasma cut parts. The disc head will “break“ the edge of the parts by encountering the edge at all angles between 0-90°. Due to this the burr is uniformly removed from around the part. The single disc provides an even wear of the abrasive media and creates a long “dwell” time .

Different media can be used on the disc head, a Scotch-Brite pad, mounted under the disc with a hook and look system, is available in different grits for different applications. An abrasive flap disc brush is used for a bigger radius.  Parts with protrusion need a brush with abrasive impregnated filaments.

A quick lock system is build in the machine to change between the hook and loop and other tooling.
