For sale is a complete and compact wheel disc production line. This facility consists of a fully integrated Schleicher coil line (decoiler and straightener) and a robust 4,000 kN (approx. 400 t) press from Umformtechnik Erfurt. The entire line, including the Schleicher control unit and ejection conveyors, is designed for an automated production process directly from coil and was consistently manufactured in 1992.

This press line is ideal for the serial production of passenger car wheel discs, as well as other stamped and formed parts from strip material up to 8 mm thick.
